Eyebrows and castor oil - an experiment.

I like eyebrows on the thin side, but years of plucking and waxing mercilessly have left mine too thin, and over the past few months I've been trying to grow them back. This is the result after about two months of not touching them, and using ModelCo LASH & BROW Growth Stimulator, which didn't really do much of anything (consider that my review).

(I'm sorry to horrify you all with the sight of my eye sans makeup, by the way.)

One of the main ingredients in most eyelash and eyebrow serums (including the ModelCo one) is castor oil, so after reading up on it a bit, I decided to go straight to the source. It's a lot cheaper than $42, I can tell you that!

I'm considering trying it on my lashes as well, though I did find the ModelCo product stung my eyes a bit, and I don't know if the castor oil will do the same. Also, I'm not sure whether I need to grow my lashes. What do you think? (Another horrifying photo coming up...)

Maybe I'll just try it on the lashes as well and if it stings, I won't bother going on with it. Anyway, this is my "before" post, and I'll see how my eyebrows go for a few weeks. It kills me just to let those little hairs sit around all over the place, though - I have to fight the urge to pluck them out and end up back where I started!
